He received a lengthy state prison sentence and is currently in violation of his Lifetime Sex Offender Registration requirements.
Fleurant has additional prior convictions for carrying a machine gun, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, lewd and lascivious behavior, unnatural acts, and disseminating obscene material to a minor.
He is white, 5-foot-9, about 185 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. He is possibly homeless and has past ties to Boston, Weymouth, and central Massachusetts.
