Kentucky State Police searching for fugitive wanted for first-degree rape – WVAH

Kentucky State Police are searching for a wanted fugitive who was indicted for first-degree rape by the Lawrence County Grand Jury.

William Litton, 48, of Webbville, Ky. was originally arrested on April 20 after evidence showed he knowingly, unlawfully and forcibly had sex with another person, according to a news release from Kentucky State Police.

The release said Litton was released on bond and has failed to surrender after being indicted bu the grand jury.

Anyone with information on Litton’s whereabouts is asked to all Kentucky State Police at 606-928-6421.
