Wanted by Sheriff’s Office on warrant

Erie police have apprehended a man wanted by the Erie County Sheriff’s Office.

Sean P. Canfield, 37, was wanted on a criminal warrant for failure to comply with sexual offender requirements. He was picked up on Thursday, deputies said Friday.

Canfield was featured in the Jan. 19 Erie Times-News Most Wanted. Deputies have cleared 988 warrants since the feature began in March 2004.
