According to DPS, the Webb County Sheriff’s Office holds warrants for his arrest for engaging in organized criminal activity, theft of property and conspiracy to commit theft of property. In addition, Mendoza is wanted by the Laredo Police Department for vehicle theft.

Authorities said Mendoza may be known by the nickname of “Mon.” His last known address is in San Antonio.

Mendoza has been wanted since December 2016 in connection to a multi-agency investigation of a transnational criminal organization involved in the transportation of stolen vehicles from San Antonio to Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, authorities said.
