An Aryan Nations gang member who shot a police officer in Tennessee was captured early Saturday.

Ronnie Lucas Wilson was found with a woman at an abandoned home in Blount County at approximately 3 a.m. The home had caught fire.

Wilson and Kristin Denise King will be transported to the Knoxville Police Department, where they will be questioned.

The 31-year-old Wilson jumped out of a window of the home and was treated for his injuries, according to WVLT. King was not injured.

The police had previously said that they believed King was traveling with Wilson and may have been in some danger, according to the Knoxville News Sentinel.

The known white nationalist had shot Knoxville Officer David Williams on Thursday night during an attempted traffic stop. Wilson used a shotgun to wound Williams in the shoulder.

A $2,500 reward had been offered for his capture, and Wilson was added to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s top 10 most wanted fugitives.

Aryan Nations is the largest white supremacist prison gang in the state with 700 members, according to the Anti-Defamation League.

“It borrows its name from the older neo-Nazi group of the same name but is a completely separate group,” according to the ADL.

More information about Wilson’s capture will be released later Saturday.
